Delivery
Last updated 7 August 2026
We hold no stock. Every club is ordered from the manufacturer once you have paid, then couriered to you — which is why the lead time is weeks rather than days, and why there is no shipping line at checkout.
Lead time
Allow 2 weeks from payment to delivery. That covers placing the order with the manufacturer, freight, handling and the local courier leg.
The clock starts when your payment clears, not when you place the order. Ordering several clubs does not add to the lead time — they come in together.
What the price covers
Nothing is added at checkout. The figure on the product page is the figure you pay: the club plus the delivery and handling cost of R1,571 a club, which is already built into every price on the site.
There is no separate delivery charge, and no further bill will arrive after your parcel does. If one ever does, send it to us.
Ordering more than one product takes a flat amount off the total:
- R500 off when you order 2 products
- R1,000 off when you order 3 or more products
Where we deliver
Anywhere in South Africa, to a street address. We cannot deliver to a post box, and we do not ship outside the country.
Outlying areas can add a few days to the final courier leg. If your address is remote, tell us before you order and we will confirm what is realistic.
Tracking
You get an order reference as soon as your payment clears. We send tracking details once your parcel has been handed to the local courier — there is nothing meaningful to track before that point.
Someone needs to be at the address to sign. If the courier cannot get in, they will contact you on the mobile number you gave us, so make sure it is one you answer.
Checking your parcel
Open it and look at the clubs while the courier is still there if you can. Damage in transit is far easier to resolve when it is reported immediately.
If anything has arrived damaged or is not what you ordered, tell us straight away at info@driversanddivots.co.za, with a photograph if possible. We replace clubs damaged in transit.
If it is late
2 weeks is an estimate in good faith, not a guarantee. Freight and handling are outside our control and occasionally run over.
If your order passes the estimate, message us and we will tell you where it actually is. Where a delay becomes unreasonable you are entitled to cancel and take a full refund, including the delivery portion — see our returns policy.
Risk
Until your clubs are delivered to you, the risk of loss or damage is ours. A parcel that goes missing before it reaches you is our problem to fix, not yours to absorb.
This page describes our own terms and summarises the rights South African law already gives you. Where the two differ, the law wins — nothing here removes a right you have under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008, the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002, or POPIA.
